XTALINK collects precise location data (GPS coordinates) to enable core tracking features, real-time device monitoring, and geofencing alerts. This data is collected and transmitted to our secure servers even when the app is closed or not in use (background location) to ensure continuous tracking of your connected devices. We do not sell or share this location data with third-party advertisers.

8. Device and Hardware Identifiers

To associate physical tracking hardware with your user account, XTALINK collects unique device identifiers, such as IMEI numbers, Android IDs, or Firebase installation IDs. This information is used strictly for app functionality and account management to ensure your tracking data is delivered only to your authorized device.

 


9. Data Retention and Deletion
 

Users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated data. You can initiate a deletion request through our dedicated web form at www.xtalink.com. Upon a verified request, all precise location history, device identifiers, and personal information will be permanently removed from our active databases within 7 to 30 days.
