XTALiNK Account Deletion Request
Users may request deletion of their XTALiNK account and associated data by completing and submitting the request account deletion form below or by contacting our support team.
To request account deletion, please send an email to:
Include the following information:
• Your registered email address
• Your account username
• A request stating that you would like your account deleted
Once the request is received, our team will verify the request and process the deletion within 7 business days.
Data Deleted:
• User account information
• Device associations
• Tracking data linked to the account
Upon account deletion, all precise location history and device identifiers are permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days.
Data Retention:
Some operational logs may be retained for security and compliance purposes for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
